At National Service Career Fair 2026, we are offering exciting opportunities for UAE Nationals across different career stages:

National Training Program (NT): For high school graduates to build careers in operational fields such as smelter, power, desalination, maintenance, and technical roles.

Position: National Trainee (Permanent, Full-Time)
Fields: Smelter, Power, Desalination, Maintenance, Technical

Overview:The NT Program is designed for UAE Nationals, particularly high school graduates, to build long-term technical careers at EGA. Training lasts from 6 months to 3 years and combines classroom learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.

Eligibility Criteria:

-UAE National 

-Age: 19-32 years old

-High School Certificate (science/technical preferred) or relevant work experience

-Good English communication skills

-Completed National Service (if applicable)

Graduate Trainee Program (GT): For university graduates ready to step into engineering, operations, technical, and corporate functions through structured development and mentorship.Graduate Trainee Program (GT)

Position: Graduate Trainee (Permanent, Full-Time)
Fields: Engineering, Operations, Technical, Corporate Functions

Overview: The GT Program provides structured development for UAE National university graduates. It combines project assignments, professional mentorship, and leadership training to prepare graduates for impactful careers across EGA.

Eligibility Criteria:

-UAE National with holding family book

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field

- GPA of 2.5 and above

-Strong academic record and leadership potential

-Good English communication skills

-Completed National Service (if applicable)

Experienced Professionals: Across both corporate and operational roles, supporting our target of 48% Emiratisation by 2026.
